非常可惜前台告知没有房间可以升级！房间很小！泳池两位同事非常nice～同是酒店人，避免不了职业病，一进去房间就开启查房模式，建议留意浴室花洒头，漏水挺严重的，衣柜玻璃镜子的指纹，抽纸也没有折成三角形。

和广州的越秀宾馆比，凯贝丽必须五分好评。越秀宾馆拒单，不让我入住，事后还撒谎说我不肯入住，想黑掉我预付的房费，恶龙半夜三更打电话不让人睡觉只为了黑掉房费。幸亏我有录音，目前还没个说法呢。店大欺客，维权之路漫漫。再说说凯贝丽，泳池、早餐超值，房间能看到大海，但进房间就有个用过的湿纸巾，退房等电梯等到花儿都谢了，没给发票。晚上11点被烟味熏醒，打电话给前台，前台马上叫保安巡视走廊，保安说他们夜里也会巡视，确保消防安全，点赞。这次因为台风只住一晚，有机会再来住，希望保持服务水准。另外，能补个发票吗？返现呢？

不喜欢这样的格局，房间好小啊，是一房一厅，感觉那堵墙好多余，价格也有点贵，980行政海景，洗澡发现居然一点沐浴露也没有，这个清洁服务太不到位了，早餐是88一位，选择不多，东西一般，感觉贵了。是冲着泳池去的，感觉12点退房，时间不够用，我是九点起，都没怎么拍到照片就急着去退房了。泳池不大，来拍照的人好多，小朋友玩水的也好多。
