We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained this hotel was, it far exceeded our expectations! The room came with many thoughtful amenities, and we especially appreciated the complimentary drink offered every afternoon (lemon tea, sour plum, etc.).
It seems to be a newly built hotel, so everything feels fresh and modern. The room was so cozy and comfortable. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. During our stay on 11–12 June, there was a concierge staff member in glasses who gave exceptional service. He helped with our luggages and gave us great tips on where to go. The rest of the staffs were very nice as well, cleaning lady included.
We also loved how they served tea whenever we were just chilling in the lobby. The room came with a Laifen hairdryer (a great alternative to Dyson), and the rain shower was hands down the best we've experienced among all the hotels we've stayed in. The water pressure and overall shower experience were just perfect (so strong) ??. We will definitely return to this hotel when we come back to Shenzhen.

从车站步行到酒店大约7~10分钟，去halo 广场和笋岗文具城都是大约7~10分钟路程，所以call 滴滴会较方便，酒店都很新净，大堂职员想叫我们入华住会帮我地upgrade 房间送我们早餐，但可惜不知道是什么原因，办不到入会，酒店大堂有免费冷热饮品和糖果，选了亲子房，有双床有浴缸，小朋友很满意，但美中不足是订房时巳备注了女儿生日，想要些生日布置，但酒店可能收不到，check in 大约晚上8点，职员说巳经太夜不能布置了。

这次入住体验太棒了！酒店环境优雅，房间干净整洁，床品柔软舒适，前台员工服务热情，遇到问题迅速解决，早餐种类丰富，味道也很赞。地理位置便利，周边吃喝玩乐都很方便

从未有如此热情贴心的工作人员
如上所述，我老住酒店，这间酒店几乎没有差评，这间酒店工作人员很贴心，让我觉得辛苦那种，酒店公共设施里的桌椅都挺漂亮的。酒店的房间也很新，毛巾也是。然后也是机器人送餐啊，安全性保障。
反而是很多客人，洗衣房是公用的，本来人就多，洗两件衣服还要分开洗，一件洗30分钟以上，更有甚者一件衣服洗了一个小时，洗完之后再放衣服进去再洗一个小时，无限占用一部洗衣机和烘干机，别人都不用用的，对我就是杵哪儿看着这些人。
总而言之，值得入住。
