来店说找不到预定的名字，却不知是找拼音预定名，这个最基本的常识了。中文找不到找英文。本来有房变没房，干等40分钟。比我后到的全部拿到房。等待中不时住客下来投诉说卫生没人搞。5星这样的服务，晕死。

住这么多次这家酒店、今天的房间最糟糕！马桶盖上面有蜡黄暗沉染色现象，盖沿有犬齿状磨痕，纸巾盒上面都是灰尘！之前客人入住的残留香水气息扑面而来
