Decent and affordable place a little out of the center. 10 minute walk to Xiangmihu Metro Station and 20 minute walk to Coco Park. 5 minute walk down the street at Xinwen Road there's a Starbucks, 7-11, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, 85, Mannings and other restaurants.

Fietser Residence is such an amazing place to stay at. The staff members are extremely friendly, so accommodating and go the extra mile for one.
The place that we stayed in is a little dated but it was lovely staying in the apartment as it was clean and it provided everything we needed. There is some mold on the wallpaper here and there as can be seen in the pictures but other than that the place was spotless and the hotel literally thinks of everything. They provide shaving blades, earplugs and just small details that most other hotels don't have and the beds are extremely soft and comfortable plus they provided a crib for our daughter.
The cleaning staff also cleans the rooms daily and provides new towels and bedding should you require.
Just a heads up, you will have to pay a 1000RMB deposit which will be returned once you leave the hotel and nothing is broken. Also, the TV's are really outdated and they only have cable connection so no smart TVs. There is wifi though so I would suggest taking your own TV box/stick just to keep yourself entertained. Don't forget your charger bricks as well because they don't have USB ports.
Breakfast, is also great and they have a variety of Chinese and western food.
The area itself is also great, not too far from the metro and Coco park mall is also close plus there are many restaurants and shops around to explore.
