入住很多次了，前期感觉还好，但这次真心差，前台服务生素质很差，上房间报入住人名字及房间号后让上电梯刷卡，说需要本人证件，真让人哭笑不得，外卖的，外来的人员跟着客人刷卡就可以上电梯了，根本不用问，我报了房号还有入住人名字就需要本人才能上电梯，这样没脑子的服务员怎么可以干高级酒店前台服务生？可以想像，酒店的素质走下坡路了！无语
