Excellent hotel by any standard. Hotels in China can vary in quality, but this hotel is as good as any I've stayed in anywhere, for business. I had the superior double bed room and it was quite roomy, well appointed, and comfortable. Rooms was well insulated and quiet. The breakfast is fantastic, buffet with a range of freshly cooked Chinese options, including dim sum, as well as cereals (though, bear in mind, the milk will be long-life / UHT - fresh milk is almost impossible to find in China), along with fruit, yoghurt, cheeses, etc. The wifi in the room is fast. The staff were friendly and helpful - many thanks to Micheal! The location is good for Cloud Park and businesses nearby, and the #10 Metro line is a 5 to 10 minute walk away. The hotel has a good laundry room, very useful for longer stays.
Have no problems recommending this hotel to anyone - excellent standard! - and would stay again if visiting Shenzhen!

I was on a business trip. The hotel is located close to my local office, which saved me a lot of time from commuting. The room was clean and the room services were up to a high standard. The staff at the hotel were all helpful and polite. I would definitely stay with them again in the future.

Great hotel, very friendly people. Beware though that no foreign credit cards are accepted! Only Chinese bank cards, WeChat Pay or AliPay!

My room was upgraded to a bigger one. It's very spacious and comfortable. It even had a cloakroom, and also a small outdoor kind of balcony closet, which I'm not sure what is for. Everything is clean and new. Very pleasant experience in every way maybe except that the shower sprayer could be wider. I liked the body lotion, it was different from the other Amber House hotels I stayed at.
English-speaking front desk personnel is very polite and professional. Breakfast hall is not very big but the selection of food is decent. The whole building is kind of small but neat.
