环境不错，也比较干净舒适，总体卫生清洁也可以，服务态度一般，收拾房间的阿姨人挺好的，快捷便利交通也很方便，下次还会选择入住

前台服務爛，跟本只先服務現場別的客戶，從這邊訂票，有被感覺二等旅遊客，跟網站沒關係，是前台ㄧ位男服務員，跟本不在乎，東西遺失，已經打了三通電話去，還是表現的不要緊，慢慢來，從訂房確認就感覺不好，到退房物品遺失，都是差，其他各方面包刮其他人員，服務都不錯，如果前台有這種服務態度，不適合服務其他旅客，待加強。

这家老牌酒店，虽然时间比较久，但是维护的很好，连锁酒店里面算是不错的了，整体一样干净整洁，而且房间有配备不同的枕头适应不同的人群，这个相当贴心了，对于出差睡不惯酒店的来说是个福音，入住前台办理也很快，退房也是给了房卡基本就可以走了这边交通很便利，经常出差，还有招待朋友，维也纳是首选，主要是价格实惠，卫生比较好，还有早餐可以吃。
