酒店的安全性很好，酒店员工的管理很到位，随时都有保安人员在院内巡逻，而且酒店的入住的客人都蛮有素质，不像一些小酒店，鱼龙混杂，什么样的人都有。服务人员的培训很到位，素质也很高，各方面做得很好。我们要什么东西，服务员很快就给送上来了，感觉很及时的。我们入住的时候，服务人员都会帮着提行李并且给送进房间，服务态度非常好。餐厅的餐饮口味一般化，不会有“哇！很好吃！”的感觉，希望再改进一下！在这里，如果你有张酒店的卡，就可以在网上预订房间，价格有优惠哦

酒交通还可以吧，走几步就是地铁了。酒店的房间比较宽敞、舒服，床铺的软硬适度，布局比较简单，里面也有养花，墙上挂有壁画，感觉挺清爽。房间的卫生很干净，通风和采光都很好，配备的设施很齐全，电视呢是那种电视和电脑二合一的那种，也能上网的。空调是中央空调，声音很小的，没觉得吵，感觉很上档次。卫生间的大小还行。不过我感觉房间的装潢不是很好，有点落伍，需要改进一下。酒店的服务质量不错，服务员态度热情，办事也快。酒店提供早餐服务，口味还行，本人不挑剔嘛，呵呵。地理位置不错，出门打车很方便，离机场也不远。价格虽然有点贵，但在这家酒店，觉得还是物有所值的，深圳嘛。
