首先，网上订的价格不如店里当天直接订，会更便宜。再者，信息不同步，订的含早价，前台查了说我订的不含早，但还是给两张早餐券。。。嗯。最后说客房服务？基本没有，一起打了4次电话才叫来服务员也是第一次见了，第一次说会派工作人员来弄网络，两个小时过去了，没有人来。。。。第二天，打电话让打扫下卫生，第一次打，一个小时还没人来，第二次催，又过一小时了还是没人来打扫，第三次打电话才来人，服务？服务何在？

给一个五分吧！主要是很方便，离万象城五分钟车车程，楼下就是岁宝百货，很好找，前后门都有很多美食，特别是后门有家喜市多，咖啡很好喝，旁边有家潮州砂锅粥，很好吃的宵夜，虽然位于深圳最老的街区，却是方便得很。六楼的健身房可以团购一张卡去健身。五楼的按摩店很专业，真的超级方便。无窗房自然暗无天日，胜在干净，价格也合适，前台服务热情！
