1、房间的卫生较差，有遗留杂物；
2、客房服务的及时性差，需要网线、一次性拖鞋连续催促几次并在半个小时后才送到；
3、酒店不主动给予打扫卫生、无一次性拖鞋；
4、酒店无早餐。
