服务真的很烂！在艺龙上申请了3个高级贵宾房，1个普通贵宾房。提前电话沟通把每个房间名字都做了安排。办理入住时，还特意强调别弄错房间，结果还是把房间安排错了！而且酒店人员说高级和普通的区别在于有无电脑。结果发现2个房间有，2个房间没有电脑。而且房间大小也不同！这是欺骗消费者的行为！
入住的房间为2021，3021，3025，3027。你们自己去核实核实，哪个是高级，哪个是普通！
