前台职员有问有答，来时端来2杯茶，走时也有问候要不要水，都几细心。
早餐一般，不过40几蚊人仔，都ok啦！不要期望过高！
房间某些位有尘，清洁不够细致。。。枕头瞓的舒适，床够大，很好！总的来说，400几人仔1晚房间算系咁！

早餐不错 环境也还可以 地铁很方便
作为同是酒店从业者，以及近年开业的酒店我觉得有些东西需要改进
洗漱台的水槽下水有反味，且在厕所也能闻到
地巾两天的都有点毛毛躁躁 布草应该会有报废标准吧？
客房服务后床不太平整（这个可能我吹毛求疵了）
以及淋浴间门边被腐蚀 看着不太雅观
房间里及走廊烟味比较重
问前台针线包被告知没有，我记得别的亚朵会有
软硬件问题我认为也会影响体验感 和避免投诉

1121房间被床蝨半夜咬醒，第二天起来就痒到难忍，没想到亚朵四星酒店还会出现这样的情况，已经出差回到家还是很严重，谁出差都不是为了遭罪吧，而且选择亚朵起码是要个安全保障，希望酒店进行严格消杀，不再有顾客出现这样的情况，因为真的很遭罪

已多次入住、提点建意、现在酒店那么多，竞争对手也多，我住过的酒店都是送早餐的，就你家不送呀、因为我们不吃宵夜，跟前台説换早歺，??前台小姐坚决不同意、花90多订了早歺·真的是不值呀没什么吃的，早知道去外面吃也不用这么多钱呀??

位置好，粼近甘坑古镇，打车只需 $13；
房间面积大，乾净整洁，感觉好舒服！那夜睡得好好！??
另外还有免费的洗衣及乾衣服务，好贴心！
由于接近生日期间入住，酒店赠送了早餐，好开心！
食物种类多选择，但可惜水果只出一轮，没有 refill ??

我们一行6人，预订三个房间双床房都很宽阔???、很舒服?及整净??，家人住得很开心，位置我们出入都是call车的，??距离金坑古镇很近10分钟内到，??所以不太清楚搭地铁的位置?，没有用过酒店其他设施?

I had a great stay at Atour hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is perfect and close to everything I needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again!

Really wanted to like this hotel…
Location is great, there’s food and shopping within walking distance so very convenient. Room is not bad, breakfast isn’t anything to look forward to and public amenities are nothing fancy.
The main issue? The beds are incredibly itchy to the point where it proves to be a problem when trying to sleep. We complained about it in the middle of the night, swapped rooms and it was still the same problem.
Hygiene isn’t the best here either, and our room had a problem with the flooring (the floor boards were warped and had air underneath?)
We didn’t receive any compensation for this either when checking out, so that was a huge let down.
Overall not a good experience. Hygiene and itchy beds aside, you can try your luck here, but I wouldn’t recommend or stay at this hotel again unfortunately.

The hotel is next to Liangmao Hill Exit D2. Therefore, it is very easy to find. It is clean and the room is spacious. One weird thing is that there is no door or wall between the corridor and bathroom, so it will be a bit embarrassing when travelling with friends, although there is a sliding door between the beds and bathroom. Moreover, the air conditioner is quite windy.

Clean hotel fair price for travel in groups. The surroundings are quite quiet and nothing to see, however it’s 15-20mins drive to the scenic spot and shopping malls nearby.
Remember to bring universal adaptor with you if you have electronic devices not using USB or USB-C plugin.
