说实话这个价格不值，酒店的设施较为老。房间里面的毛巾浴巾都很破旧。最主要的是电视机太小估计就17寸，坐在床上根本看不清…

酒店设施完备，装修豪华，卫生干净，坐在飘窗上可以欣赏深圳的夜景，小孩比较喜欢。但是入住时才通知酒店在装修，午休不得安宁。这点不够诚信。大堂的服务人员告知在携程网上，有说明这一点。但是我们并没有看到相关的说明。

酒店地处环境优越，紧靠园博园，海景房可远眺香港米铺与后海湾。服务甚为热情友好，5楼中餐厅物美价廉，服务也很周全。此次接待一位老书法家，服务员体贴入微，照顾周全。
唯有一个小小瑕疵：酒店标示在酒店旁边为地铁罗宝线竹子林B出口，实际上，酒店距竹子林地铁约为1.5公里，为B2出口。
