卫浴漏水…服务员素质真的无语！头一晚香港号码换内地号码手机Wi-Fi开不了，来了一个服务员，拿着我的手机一通按，我说你让我看一眼WAP设置，刚点一下她手机，她“啪”打开我的手，说：不要动我手机，真是无语了，扫卫生的阿姨，我一线大城市来的，住得起你酒店真不会乱动你手机！！退房时楼层的阿姨还骂人。建立一个奖惩制度约束一下素质的低的人！

每年带父母去香港没来过深圳，看见标四星，觉得靠谱，从香港出来有点晚，结果前台的叫周鹤的一直催促办理，我理解你想赶紧完成✅工作，但作为服务人员应该看到客人的劳累，那怕你说一句“不急”我也会觉得好一点，后来大堂经理很好，有道歉，有态度。
