太垃圾了 酒店下水道堵塞了 也没人管 洗完澡水把脚都淹没了 都快把房子淹了 给前台说了 前台看都不看你 差评。

酒店位置很好， 装修也可以， 没有拖鞋，再就是隔音非常差，隔壁打电话听的特别真， 有急事有一天没住也没给退钱， 有免费的早点，不过我没吃 不便评论，

换了个房，第二天记起手机充电器拉在房间，第二天打电话前台说问一下客房，然后一会说有呢，让自己去客服部拿，不给送，去了问客房部为什么前一天一点退的房看到充电器不给前台说呢？客房说他们给前台说了，说了充电器怎么还在客房，不是应该给前台联系我么？客房态度冷漠，也不回应。还有前台登记的时候前台那表情，真她妈冷漠的像我欠他们钱似的，一副死人脸。好像不是他们服务我们，而是我们去求他们办事似的。
