下错订单后的下两秒内即申请取消订单，第三方平台已同意，但该酒店以已成交为由不同意取消订单，硬是扣下预交房费378元。对此表示非常的气氛，且觉得这种酒店的服务意识还不到哪里去。往其他旅客多加留意。
