这家酒店真的一点人情味的没有，上次住过，想着比较方便再住一次，但真的因为有事去不了，打了好几个电话取消，艺龙也跟酒店那边申请两次都被拒绝了，我都已经提前大半天申请了，打电话到酒店态度也不怎么样，说好的顾客至上，宾至如归呢？谁没有一点突发情况呢？我也不是说要全额退款，毕竟是我违约去不了，但是作为酒店就这种服务态度？了

卫生不怎么好，桌子上一层灰，无意间还撇到了床底下有用过的杜蕾斯包装，真是无语死了，空调制冷不行，热到睡不着，看到艺龙评分那么低还在犹豫定不定的，点开看到图片那么漂亮还是订了，实物和照片真的有很大差距，评分差不是没有道理的，用户体验非常不好，不过服务还不错
