非常棒的酒店。交通方便，地铁站出来几步路就到了。地铁联通各景点都很方便。京基100，地王大厦等地标性建筑就在附近。房间很干净，设施很齐全，服务也很好。很多细节都做的太棒了。进房间就有果盆，晚上回房间惊喜地发现一张温馨提示的卡片，还有一罐刚煲好的银耳汤，一下子有了回家的感觉。然后洗浴处还温馨提示洗澡水的适宜温度（关键水龙头上还有温度提示），一下子又很暖心。总之是超级棒的一次体验。

酒店一般，隔音很差。我离店都3天了，刷的预授权押金都还没退回来，我第二天住的酒店办理退房时秒退。打电话过去说要3到5个工作日才能到账，真心不懂为什么要那样久。

又再一次来入住了，在炎炎的大热天下，长城酒店的空调十分给力，一进房已经感到相当凉快，不像其他的一些老酒店，空调长年不更换，令到房间的霉味严重，长城酒店就没有这个问题。另外这次入住发现酒店的电视点播系统改变了，有些令人不爽，点播的电影选择很少，而且还要收费。
