住了5天，前台刷的卡，退房时，前台人员丢失了一张刷卡票据，让再给我预授权500，说之前不是她刷的，等她和财务核对后撤销预授权。我把前几天票据拿出来跟她核对来证实我确实刷过卡了，才同意给我开发票。耽误时间，你们自己工作做的不到位，还要我来承担后果。

非常垃圾，洗的衣服挂在窗外，下雨了，在外办事，给前台打电话帮我收一下，下午回来了找不到衣服，被大风吹落在平台上，衣服脏死了，打电话问前台一句道歉的话都没有，也不解释。酒店是深圳市人大下属单位，国有性质，你懂得。
