服务态度真是超级的差。再怎么说前台就是一家酒店的门面，一点都不专业，没有经过培训就上岗了一样。不热情，不懂得主动给客人提供有用的入住信息，我问一句答半句，不会多解释半句。端着态度去指责客人，给人训一通，说话态度恶劣，若不是当时我的客人在，我的脾气都要暴发了。住了两天从预订到入住到离店服务态度都是极差的！！！若有零星我都不会给一星。
