在微信上下单，订了1.8床的豪单。晚上过去给订单给前台接待看，给我开了房。上到房间一看，居然给了1.5床的房间。找前台接待要求处理，前台的回复是1.8米床的豪单房没有了。*，没有你开的时候为什么不说清楚？好了，那你现在怎么处理给我？前台还问我要怎么处理。我说要么你换回1.8米的豪单给我，要么你退差价给我。然后前台接待说没有那样的房了，只有这样的房了。我说，那既然没有，那你退差价给我。前台那****就开始踢球了，说，钱我是给了订房平台的，让我自己找订房平台去协商。我说平台最终的钱还不是给到你们酒店的，我订的是你们酒店的房，又不是第三方平台的房，钱最终还是你们的，房也是你们的，你们现在这样说是什么意思。然而前台那**就这个态度，房间就这个，爱住不住，没得换，要退差价，自己找订房平台。*！气的我，****，以后绝对不会再去这家酒店住了。
