一直以来都觉得这酒店不错，吃和逛街都很方便，这次预订了两间房，由于朋友国际航班误点，导致入住时间推迟，而我比较准时到达酒店、两个房间都安排好了，在同一层楼。只是需要朋友到达酒店出示证件在前台拿房卡便可，我在外面吃着东西等朋友的同时接到大堂经理电话，硬要把我朋友的房间换掉，还拽拽的说他想怎样就怎样？这是什么素质？我很明白的说房间我一早就拿了，我不要换，元宵节要吵架的口气，就因为房型好想拿给熟人，入住那么多次最奇葩的就是这次！

前台帮忙免费升级，房间棒棒哒，很宽敞明亮又干净，就在老街边上，楼下是商城，很便捷，态度也很好哦，工作人员见人就笑脸问好
