酒店环境差，服务也差。小孩身体不舒服，晚上睡着了吐了点再在被子上，尽管然说要150元清洗费，都不和我们商量，我让他拿个收费标准出来，自称是经理的人进去半个小时也拿不出来，总台的人就说和他说没用，就只会退责任，起码收费给我们个标准，让我们心服口服呀，躲起来，和退责任是个什么意思呀，就是没酒店了也不会去这里的。垃圾
