酒店位置较好，交通方便，服务特别好。因为部分设施有点旧，浴缸排水不畅，服务人员清理时发现痕迹就把塞子取下放在旁边，用电脑未用鼠标垫，服务是给放了垫子并写了提醒单。早餐供应好像不及时。

酒店地理位置非常方便，一进大厅，香水味道清新怡人，大厅很大气，前台人员效率很高，服务态度棒，房间设施齐备，小件妥帖齐备，客房服务随叫随到，床头的一体式控制系统非常棒。下次来深圳还会住这里。3楼的茶餐厅非常棒，感受一下广式早茶，现在还打5折，非常实惠，口味好，服务棒！

房间设施比较老旧，交通方便，员工服务意识较好，但是电视有消费陷阱，遥控器部分按键不知是否酒店有意设置，很容易按入需要收费的点播节目，即使发现马上按退出键退出，结账时仍然收费，而且价格不便宜，提醒大家一定注意这一点！

京基晶都酒店前台接待非常差！常常在网上订好房间到前台入住找不到订单(意为故意不用)，最后让住客按散客价入住。投诉到大堂副理处理，态度也非常差及不专业，最后不了了之，完全体会不到星级酒店的服务及专业！不推荐订这酒店！
