住过多次丽枫，这家是最差的一家。首先前台服务态度差，到房间后发现房间暗锁是坏的，打电话给前台竟然骗我说6楼所有暗锁都是坏的，明明隔壁同事房间的暗锁就是好的，第一次住酒店暗锁是坏的。空调出风口竟然破成这样，地毯看着也是脏脏的。拖鞋有一双是开了的。楼下还是KTV晚上睡觉吵死了。外面也是毫无景色可言。丽枫做成这样，不是砸自己品牌吗？！

入住还是不错就是设施比较陈旧，周边的购物还是很方便的，就是配套设施不新，酒店前台的服务态度比较不好
