標準星級酒店硬體，冰箱，體重計，兩套棉被，理容放大鏡，浴袍，一次性用品齊全，燈光配置標準，無線網路覆蓋完全，一樓大廳有高鐵代售點可以直接出票，周遭熱鬧，要桑拿，足浴，夜總會，飲食都有，劉嘉玲開的MUSE在一樓，要選靠小街的房間才安靜喔，22.24.26.28號的房是靠小街

看上去还干净，但是烟味非常重，连被褥上都有烟味！酒店入住的大部分是打麻将的，外边很吵，酒吧的音乐，从酒吧出来的人，可能到夜里三点吧！不推荐商务或旅游！性价比很不合算！

交通、环境：离罗湖火车站非常近，离深圳到香港的关口也非常近，打车都是14元左右，周围非常繁华，吃饭、购物很方便。
设施、服务：设施很不错的，确实是星级酒店标准，里面干净整洁。在艺龙订的菜300来块钱，确实很划算。
