也就是地方好。房间很小设施非常陈旧。这都不算什么。服务态度差到不可想象。先是安排错了房型，电话沟通前台就一句话：没别的房了！通过网站沟通之后换到了预定房型，结果前天要求我们自己去换房，很远的好吗，我让前天安排人过来换钥匙，前天很不客气，直接挂电话了，这毛病谁给惯的？

先说前台服务非常差，入住后卫生还没搞好，我们一共入住5间房，到达后满地烟头，更惨的是整晚无热水洗澡我们入住3118.性价比超低，600元的房间这样，在艺龙订那么久房最失望一次。

海景房是骗人的，酒店和图片描述不一致，完全不是海景房，好坑人，害我的朋友都不想住，都走了。钱也没有退。酒店和艺龙合作欺骗客户，艺龙服务真垃圾
