订了四间房间，几家人带着小朋友到深圳大鹏新区游玩，一开始感觉服务设置什么都不错，前台告知泳池游泳时间是早上8:00到晚上11:00，那天在古镇游玩归来换好泳衣去游泳池已经是晚上9:52，但泳池工作人员告知我们10:00就关闭了，还剩几分钟叫我们明天再来，我们说前台说是11:00的，他们还是低声说是10:00，不过没有再阻拦我们下水。玩了十分钟，几个工作人员拿着白色的消毒药粉在泳池边，一副要下到泳池的架势一边说时间到了……就是赶人走……离开后我去前台反映问题，前台倒是很认真听我说，不过后来怎么处理就不知道了……建议就不说了。

一开始酒店查不到预定信息，不过艺龙客服尽快安排了。门有异响，叫了很多次客服人员也没来，反应太慢了。

总体还不错，泳池免费，服务质量也可以。就是先入住的空调外机有异响，换了一间房；还有就是房间跟洗手间没有隔开，较潮湿。
