前台服務人員服務態度不錯，但健身房裡的設施都是壞的，房間設施總體算可以，早餐就總類來說還行，只是東西沒了補的速度算是慢服務人員走來走去也不知道在看什麼，只是邊做邊走邊聊天，沒東西補的太誇張慢！整體來說ㄧ家五星級酒店應該不是如此！就電梯口的煙灰缸前一天的二支煙頭已經過夜了還在哪躺著！感覺有待改進！

周中去酒店性价比还是可以的，不过早餐挺一般的，服务蛮好。打车去较尾场方便，十几块。

之前住过一次，然后这次第二次入住，本来去觉得还不错，但是打电话给前台，一个男的接听，说要换下枕头套，前台说问阿姨，等了又等，都不回复电话，再次打过去，前台的那个男的说没那么多枕头套，不能换！！本来入住的时候就觉得前台那男的服务态度不好，现在印象更差

先入住了8719
房间的门很破，摇摇欲坠。
阳台一侧对着施工的湖泊，晚上12点还在卡车施工，后面停下来了。
第一天晚上12点一部分电路跳闸，请维修部处理解决，凌晨跳闸停电，之后早上请维修部查看，解决不了，换房。
换到8709，房型一样，阳台大了10多平，比8719好了很多，唯一一处不足，水都是黄色的。放不干净。
总体ok，就是部分房间有雷，运气不好踩到了就麻烦。

这确定是5星级吗！东西坏的坏 地板脏死了 中午休息时候投诉了十几遍 隔壁房间一直咚咚咚的装修 也没人过理会过 一次交易
