非常差的入住体验，没有入住却显示入住成功，前台预订比网上便宜，免费接送北站要预约却不提前告知，导致第二天差点打不到车而错过火车，预订车辆的前台却不帮忙想办法就是一味的告诉你当下的士不好打，体验非常糟糕，下次不会再来
