本次入住严重不满意，酒店通风口吹出开的风跟厨房一样，呛人，凌晨两三点还没有睡着，严重影响身体健康，根本就没法休息，连衣服都有火锅味

退房时不结账，直接忽悠客户走。主动要求直接预授权完成，才勉强现场操作。同时要求开发票，开完发票只给了发票，故意不还手机。经质问，才将手机归还。问维景会员是否已积分，支支吾吾，爱搭不理，硬要求累计积分，才勉强要求提供会员号，说实话也不知道积上没，总之态度恶劣的很
