酒店写的是四星级但是环境差到爆炸 在桌子上不止一次发现虫子蟑螂 到房间后两个女生住在一间房 房锁老久门要用很大力气才能打开 清洁人员说我们是没吃饭所以打不开房门？？br晚上想看电视 电视是坏的 用房间座机打电话电话线是被拔下来的 联系到前台后前台服务态度恶劣 整个酒店找不到一个人可以过来帮我们弄电视 半个多小时忍无可忍再打电话 前台甚至把电话挂掉？？br到前台问是什么情况 前台工作人员一直忽视 我要求叫经理解决 该前台叫经理的时候在电话里说我莫名其妙 经理下来后态度依然恶劣 全程没有道歉 br这次旅游酒店体验差到爆 深圳怎么会有这么垃圾的酒店 除了吐槽这家酒店没有给我留下任何一点好印象 不知道为什么会有这么糟糕的服务人员
