连矿泉水都没有提供， 而且洗脸洗澡用的生活用水是黄色的……… 还有设备非常陈旧 洗澡的洒水头还是过去那种固定短头… 酒店还很远…… 办理入住侯 先要??3喽 然后走很远 再上七楼 真心很远 出来吃个饭 也要走大半天…… 照片我就没有拍 本来不打算评论的 艺龙app 天天??红点提示要评论 既然要说 我就上认真点儿吧！

酒店大堂，分两处的入口，距离超远！
不同房型的房间群，处於不同的大堂处办里，非常不便。前台服务，爱理不理，往找楼層房间不容易！！！
寻找房间楼層途中，需穿越足浴店，途人烦杂，保安不善。

我们是从香港回来暂住等火车的，这个酒店的地理位置不错，罗湖口岸就在旁边。服务还不错，酒店分东座西座，西座要从3楼转一下，我们第一次去，不清楚，服务员亲自带到B座电梯口，房间较大，设施齐全，该酒店是路过暂息的理想地方

西楼没窗户，有强迫症的还是算了。而且从东楼大厅办理入住完走到西楼房间真是远得可以。。。房间基本设施还行，就是卫生间积水比较严重，客房服务员态度都很好。最大优点还是地理位置优越，出门就是火车站跟口岸，这个价格有这个地段已经可以了。

酒店非常方便，出门就是和平路，方便过关，坐火车也十分方便；
设施齐全，房间的空间较宽敞，六楼的阳光很好；
价格非常实惠，
最重要的服务员的很热情，本人忘记点东西，抱着试试的想法，打电话询问，非常爽快地答应邮寄给我，非常感谢
