服务非常好，每位服务人员言语温和。早餐品种少，但每样食物非常新鲜，沙拉蔬菜新鲜度很高。唯一问题楼下半夜还在唱K，14楼的客房感觉没大影响，但低楼层不知如何。

今次的入住，我非常之不滿！
原本以為入住酒店後，可以安靜地看看電視，舒服地休息一下。然後失望的事情就發生了：
1，我入住8樓一間房間，誰知道房間是沒有遙控控的，無法看電視，然後我要求換房間。
2，我入住了10樓的一間房間，遙控是損壞的，我依然不能觀看電視。
3，吹風機只有強烈的冷風，暖風卻非常微弱，當我要求更換時，服務員也未能安排。
