酒店的冷气只有冷风，晚上太冷，打电话给前台，被告知不能转热风，要求加被子，前台回应不给加被子，每个房间都是标准配置。花洒也是坏的，叫了一个多小时，等到晚上11点半，才有人来房间看一下，然后告诉，就这样的，修不好。酒店人员态度极其恶劣。感受十分不好
