原本開心來旅行，結果卻訂到一家差到不行的店，進房間就發現少了用品，想打電話去找幫忙，結果電話是壞的，要自己下樓去前台找幫忙，好不容易睡了一覺要準備退房了，2點20分服務員來敲門說到點了要退房了，我們2點30分下樓退房，結果被說我們晚了半小時退房，要加收房費，我們解釋說服務員來提醒我們就立刻下來了，結果前台硬拗我們說是我們拔了電話線所以才沒辦法提醒的，靠……也太過份了吧，明明昨晚入住就已經自己跑到樓下前台說明電話的事情了，結果今天給我來這招？2個男的前台態度也是極度傲慢囂張，住個酒店住到一肚子氣，絕對沒有下次了，勸大家出行如果想住這家店真的要慎重考慮，否則後果不墈設想啊
