订了豪套准备接亲用。看中的就是豪套有类似敬茶的座椅，这种配置不就是摆明了给人接亲用？！到前台办理入住，没有漂亮小姐姐笑语盈盈就算了，是一个前台主管和一个妹纸。然后，这位主管的态度，像是你去政府办事，里面那种高高在上的公务员。全程给脸色不说，态度特差。本来心情不差，真的有被影响到。主管怎么了，既然做了服务行业，又是前台，一个酒店的门面。不要求你们时时刻刻保持微笑，但是需要注意自己的语气态度，温和一点。善意的提醒我完全接受，比如接亲尽量不要大声喧哗，会影响其他客服。但是当时酒店方说的话就像是我们是一帮粗鲁无知的，恨不得在房里唱K的那种感觉，想想真的很生气。住过这么多酒店，没见过这么拽的前台。跟四星的服务有一定差距。希望酒店能够重视，继续向着五星酒店努力吧。
