前台戴眼镜的男生给我办理的入住，礼貌用语双手接递单服务很规范，主要还是工作人员是很礼貌友好让我觉得很舒服。还给我升级了豪华大床房，感谢！进入房间无异味，设备干净，床垫软硬适中，卫生间环境也干净无异味。

端午假期带老人和孩子来深圳，之前在艺龙比较了很多家酒店，觉得上海宾馆风格独特，性价比很高。酒店设施很有情调，干净整洁，特别是飘窗的坐凳很有特色。空调和热水都不错，吹风、电热水器、小冰箱一应俱全。酒店位置很好，离华强北商业区很近，地铁1号线华强路站就在酒店出门左边。到机场或火车站乘地铁非常方便。酒店二楼有早茶供应，上海酒楼还有正宗的上海菜。出租车司机告诉我们这酒店12层高，当年是深圳最高的建筑。服务员也很耐心的给我们介绍酒店的服务情况。
