这次是以帮朋友预订的身份预订的，跟之前服务比起真是差之千里。先撇开不说啥，早前两个月帮朋友预订好的房间，然后提早了两个星期致电酒店预订好伦敦主题房，再三叮嘱备注好。然而朋友当天去到店里，前台说这房给昨晚续租的客人续了。当时就跟电话前台小哥争执一番，先不说你们酒店管理疏忽吧！你这服务态度我非常不满意，也不能理解。跟我说对方要续租的，我们也不能保证。但请问你有跟对方协调协商过吗？明明知道我也是客户，大家都是交了钱的，同样今天要入住你们家酒店，还提前两个星期电话你们再三嘱咐要订这个主题房，你还能把它让出给别人。你口口声说不能保证对方素质问题，他们不肯换。那请问你有致电过我们了吗？跟我们讲明这事吗？而是等了我朋友到店里被告知。你们还有先后顺序道理吗？口口声说那么好听，你们只需提前一个礼拜来电跟我们说明需要的房型，我们一定为你保留。我看你们是忽悠吧！一点原则性都没有，很质疑你们酒店管理问题，服务态度也极差。而且半夜噪音扰民，楼上就个KTV，想去入住的人劝你们最好带个耳机吧！要去的朋友们，请慎重考虑。
