总体来说房间设施相当不错，对应商务出差来讲比较合适。房间设施达五星水平，甚至更好，因新装修，整体设施和设备都比较新，很不错，值得住！比较适合喜欢简约风格的客人。不好的地方：1酒店位置有点偏，对于没有车辆的客人来说走路有点麻烦，从大新地铁下车后到酒店有700多米，走路10分钟，对应有行李较多的人比较麻烦，能有接驳电瓶车就好啦！2周边没有什么吃饭和娱乐的地方，晚上就不要想在周边活动啦，因为紧挨着沙河西路，车辆比较多，晚上稍微有点吵，但是影响不大。周边往科技园内走1km以上就有不少吃饭等我地方了。3最不满意或者最拖酒店后腿的 就是早餐，这个酒店是原学府路兰兹酒店的人马做的，早餐属于咖啡厅外包，早餐要多简陋有多简陋，是我历年来酒店提供早餐最烂的，38元的早餐比汉庭18块的早餐还要差一大截，建议酒店砍掉早餐，做不好还不如不做，不要因为这个拉低整体客户的感受，咖啡厅做的东西太难吃，都是凉的！还不如没有，这点是最差的，大家入住就不要吃这个早餐啦，谁吃谁后悔！大概就这么多，附图！
