酒店蛮新的，设计的不错，干净整洁，位置就在新开的万象天地旁，停车也方便。但是旁边就是工地，半夜依然轰鸣声，早上六点就施工，真是被坑了，我住的还是湾景房，不明白哪来的湾景，而且还有个工地，也没有任何关于噪音的提示提醒；打了三次电话，等了半个多小时，才送来洗手的香皂；床旁边的音响半夜十二点响闹铃声，每隔十分钟响一次，不知道谁设置的，鼓捣半天才取消掉。这酒店的服务和体验感太差了，无语。
