优点是比较干净，有空气清新，有窗，高楼层比较安静，还免费升级了湾景房。缺点有服务效率比较低，浴室和洗手间竟然全部是透明的（整个酒店一样），连遮挡的帘子都没有，而且浴室太小，衣服都没地方放；另外，周边还在开发施工，吃喝玩购物的设施太少，买东西不方便。
