环境挺好的，定了2间双人间。说是酒店没双人间了，给了一间双人间和一套房。晚上有点吵。退房后，我是定了三间，有一间给了现金，服务员也没说退，说可以走了，走了2小时才发现。打了电话退了微信，但是服务这样应该要看下房卡，过了2小时都没有发现。望加强这一方面，住得是很舒服。

酒店很不错，不得不说每天两件衣服洗的很干净。餐厅早点花样繁多，客房服务到位，每天清洁也很干净。可不懂为什么前台服务态度会那么差。跟我们一起入住的还有我们的外国客户，前台说什么他们只能看判断表情，总是一副不耐烦的样子。部分同事跟客户已经转住希尔顿。前台服务人员似乎不懂服务为何概念，砸了酒店招牌
