服务非常差的一个酒店，我和爸妈到了多伦多酒店后，大堂的男服务员态度非常拽，非常恶劣，我网上订的一个标间，一个双人间，到了以后就告诉我双人间没有了，问为什么，男服务居然回答：艺龙跟他们没有关系，我们为什么要在网上订？在网上订要便宜些，便宜了还想要什么服务？！双人间给别人了，没有就是没有！
非常气愤，你们要是玩不起网上订单，就不要放在网上嘛，没那个本事就别在网上卖啊，卖了到时候又不认账，什么个东西！！最后还是给经理打电话才给换了一个双人间，和爸妈一起去的，结果2个房间，一个在6楼，一个在12楼，真是无语，住店还受一肚子气

房间够大不用说了，和图片一样，但是灯光不足，很昏暗，还坏了一个灯，茶机离沙发太远不方便，但是烧水器插座又在那边，也没办法，热水要放很久，水温也不是太好，有待改进呀。其实卫生间可以搞大一点嘛这么大的空间。墙纸起层还是尽快补补嘛，太影响感受了。前台的胖服务员，全程无笑容，哎……叫我怎么给好评嘛
