希岸，无论服务还是卫生都是一流。房间跟提供的照片一样，酒店设施，环境，服务没得说。 1、最直观的印象是走向前台的时候，只要进入前台的视线，就会面带微笑迎接询问。 2、在打印东西的时候由于机器有点卡，前台林先生真的是非常有耐心很热情地班帮助我。 下次出行还会选择这里！

客观的说，酒店内饰还行，位置离茶光地铁口很近，这是优点。缺点也十分突出：房间隔音不好，隔壁房间的看电视 就像扬声器摆自己窗户旁，房间的门也不隔音，过路的每个人都听得清清楚楚，附近房间做卫生清洁的声音、刷马桶、吸尘的声音更是像就在身边，时不时会有类似高跟鞋“咚咚咚”蹬地板的巨大声音，不知是隔壁还是楼上，考虑到酒店只有第二层，应该是附近房间。房间每次进门都顿感湿气较大，一股浓重的水馊味从洗手间扑出来，整个房间需要通风好一阵才会缓和（包括新入住时）。酒店设在二楼，一楼应该安排服务生引导或提行李，但住了两晚 从未看到一楼有工作人员，另外，酒店前台着装随意、服务意识一般，感觉还没保洁人员热情。
