前台工作效率极慢，check in半小时，前台和艺龙平台的衔接非常差，在艺龙上已经确认的订单，前台说没有收到订单，无法办理入住。等了好久，在app上选择了取消了订单，之后发现结果上又无法取消，再去前台确认又说收到订单，前台一堆住客出现此问题，无法办理登记入住。这是我用艺龙以来第一次遇到这样的事情。
