该酒店，2-4层为饭店，仅有的3部电梯都与饭店共用，你上下楼时，经常能碰到喝的醉醺醺的一伙人，吵吵嚷嚷的挤在电梯里，单凭这点真还不如“某家”快捷酒店，也不知道这四星级是怎么评上的！

1、地铁口，交通方便，周围餐饮等服务都很方便；2、就在河北省博物院对面，对于和我一样专程来看博物馆的游客来说，实在太方便；3、从入住到退房，从早餐到卫生，处处细节都透着用心（如图），非常满意，这才是老牌星级酒店应有的水平；4、尤其要称赞管家冯红柳、宁兰萍、高文华，服务及时到位，可以说去过十几个省会城市看博物馆，住的都是档次价位相当的酒店，但这一次的温暖感受是特别难得和珍贵的。强烈向大家推荐！

位置方便，就在博物院对面。客房干净服务员特别热情，还有专职管家服务。贴心的准备了点心水果，还有敷脸的黄瓜片。点赞。

一个老旧的酒店，刚刚装修几个房间里面甲醛严重超标，直接让客人入住进去帮着吸甲醛，辣眼睛嗓子疼，当问前台服务员为什么让客人住刚装修的房间，前台服务员一个字都不回答。楼层服务员倒是很客观的说刚装修这几间房确实味道大。到离店为止，酒店没有一点歉意，一副爱咋滴咋滴的样子，这酒店也是老酒店了，服务竟然沦落到如此地步，不会再来，也不会让朋友再来。
