您好!在酒店入住期间，十分感谢冯姗姗、张利稳两位服务人员热情、亲切、周到的服务，让我在石家庄入冬之际感受到了如家人般的温暖。这两位人员每次都主动认真、仔细地帮我打扫卫生，更换床品，恰逢生日，晚上回来桌上精致的茶点、小公仔映入眼帘的惊喜让我在异地倍感亲切。

硬件不错，这次住的5楼房间，比7楼少了电动窗帘；少了咖啡杯和速溶咖啡；服务不错，看到在用电脑服务员给了鼠标垫，另外还很贴心给了个敷眼贴让护眼；好像姓张的一个大姐，名字忘记了。每个楼层有水果可以拿；早餐比较丰盛，该有的基本都有。位置也好，下楼就是地铁，市中心。
