地理位置好，设施还行，不新了，酒店卫生挺好。就是临街的房间节假日早上能听到外面手机卖场的喇叭宣传。

各种管理、协调不到位，入住进店时被告知要有房卡车才能开进酒店停车场，没有办入住怎么会有房卡，只能车停酒店外马路上人下车办入住之后再去外面开车，退房离店时被告知要付四十多元停车费，再次表示是住店客人之后还是被要求去前台开单子，又是车停着人再跑一趟，管理服务太差！

第一次来十堰，城市干净卫生温度适宜，便有了几分好感，更让我开心的是入住了邦辉。停车场的保安大叔非常热情好客，酒店工作人员热情周到，之前订的房型因为客满免费升级成行政标间。房间内设施齐全，很卫生。总之是一次愉快的旅行。希望酒店生意兴隆，谢谢。
