也许因为疫情入住人少，酒店没开空调，也没提前告知，泡完温泉，房间将近三十度，窗户又小，实在太热了，体验感不好。

为了泡温泉去的，酒店比较大，但是一个温泉酒店，淋浴房里的喷头10个有8个是坏的，去年元旦去的时候就这样了，看来是一直没有去维护。温泉还不错，听说是天然温泉，设施再好一点就好了。

真的是很一般，在网上订的特价房299，到了酒店办入住的时候前台边接电话边给我们办理，全程黑个脸，问她餐厅在哪、温泉早上什么时候可以泡她都爱理不理不耐烦的样子。第二天中午退房的时候，一个姓尹的前台全程都在聊微信。希望酒店能加强管理，几个前台还没餐厅的几个服务员态度好，那就真心有点差了。

环境非常优美，房间内有个大的浴缸，可以泡澡，旁边就是温泉，温泉里面有小孩玩的游乐场，自己要带游泳用的衣服

应该是这个县城最好的酒店，是照着5星设计的，室内设有花岗岩的温泉浴池。卧床也很舒服。但是与之不匹配的就是服务人员的素质。没有起码的培训。说的不好听的，有些前台的接待连起码的礼貌都没有。跟客人说话连眼皮都不抬。有没有搞错，我是来住店的不是求你办事的。酒店价格有高有低，但是根本你是为客人服务的，没有对客人的敬畏就一钱不值
